At Time Hack Hero, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of one of our digital products, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Ebook Purchases

Because our products are digital ebooks delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds for buyers simply changing their minds or incorrectly purchasing a product. However, if you experience any of the following issues, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to refund or exchange your purchase:

You received an incorrect or corrupted ebook file that you are unable to read
You purchased the same ebook twice accidentally

In the case of technical issues or accidental repeat purchases, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for another ebook title.
